Timestep Pty Ltd (ABN 83 612 441 559) operates the LoadVerify service and is the entity collecting personal information through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how it is handled.
Information we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect your name, company or organisation, contact details (email and/or telephone — at least one is required so we can reply), a brief project description and any additional comments you provide.
We also record the technical context of your visit and enquiry: essential website information (such as the page you submitted from and browser-provided referrer), and attribution information (UTM parameters and click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid) held in first-party session and local storage to help us understand where enquiries come from.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess scope, prepare a quotation, contact you about the project, deliver the engineering certification if you proceed, and keep reasonable records of enquiries and work.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to our website hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, and, only where relevant to your enquiry, to sub-consultants engaged on the project. Where required by law or a lawful request, we may disclose information to comply.
Storage and overseas processing
The site is built and hosted using Lovable. Enquiry records are stored in the selected Lovable Cloud Asia Pacific region. We cannot guarantee that every support or processor activity occurs only in Australia, and some incidental overseas processing (for example vendor support access) may occur.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
The live site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage, understand where enquiries come from, and record the enquiry-submission conversion. In doing so, Google may set cookies or use similar online identifiers, and we retain first-party UTM parameters and click identifiers (such as gclid) in session and local storage so we can attribute enquiries. As a global provider, Google may process this information outside Australia. We do not operate Google Ads remarketing, personalised-advertising audiences, enhanced conversions, or customer-match / customer-data uploads on this site.
Retention
We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, deliver any engaged work, meet our professional record-keeping obligations, and handle any related dispute or claim.
Sensitive and confidential information
Please do not send sensitive personal information (for example health or government identifiers) or confidential technical files through the initial enquiry form. Drawings and confidential technical documents can be exchanged through an approved secure method after initial contact.
Access, correction and complaints
You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you can make a privacy complaint, by contacting us at enquiries@loadverify.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
